November 12th. 2019
Dear Ann,
I am writing to thank you for your help at the Kindergarten graduation ceremony. There were so many things to do that day. We really appreciate your help with the lights and microphones.
I have a story that I'd like to share with you. At the end of the ceremony, one of the parents came up to me and asked: "The sound and lights were perfect. Did you hire a professional?" She was amazed when I told her that a volunteer was in charge of the tech. Anyway, I just thought you'd like to know that other people noticed your efforts.
Sun Valley could never hold a graduation ceremony like this without volunteers like you, Ann. Members of the community make this event possible. Please know that your help is greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Pam Smith
Principal, Sun Valley Elementary School
